Financial & Regulatory Reporting Get a determination

Self-assessment

Do you have to report to the Centrale Bank?

Seven questions. Nothing is sent anywhere — the answer is worked out in your browser, and you decide whether to send it to me.

It is an indication, not a determination. But it will tell you whether this is something you need to look at, and which route is likely to cost you less.

01Is the company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Aruba?
02What type of entity is it?
03Does the company hold bank accounts outside Aruba?
04Does it make payments to suppliers, lenders or affiliates abroad?
05Is the company filing monthly with the Centrale Bank today?
06Roughly how much moved through those accounts last year — in and out, added together?

Gross movement, not the closing balance — every payment in and every payment out. This is where most companies underestimate.

07And what do those accounts typically hold, combined?

What this can tell you

Roughly where you sit: whether a filing obligation is likely, whether periods may be outstanding, and whether monthly reporting or per-transaction applications suit your pattern better.

What it cannot

Settle it. The threshold test turns on figures measured a particular way, and a position you can rely on has to be established in writing. That is what the determination does.

If you would rather just ask

Most questions take one short conversation.
